Everything is amazing just don’t eat there.
Room’s and communal areas actually feel like a 5 star hotel.
Food was expensive and mediocre at best. There’s only mall food in walking distance but delicious Chinatown food is a 10 minute cab ride away. Also, you have to pay per day to use the pool

The service was amazing and helpful - very kind people. Hotel amenities were immaculate! Modern Rooms, Stunning views and the bar, the pool, and food were excellent as well. Nothing but A+ for me!

Exceptional
This brand new hotel is one of the best experiences I had in Japan. Great location at Yokohama. We can see Mt. Fuji from our room. The room is clean and spacious. The electric blind is excellent. Woke up, pressed the button and you can see Mt. Fuji on your bed!
More information about the spa service will be better.

Exceptional
The room we stayed at was much bigger than expected for a Japan hotel, and that includes the bathroom. It is close to the train stations (9 minute walk to the local train and 12 minute walk to the JR line). Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was also good and had a lot of choices. We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji from the reception area.
